HISTORY & BACKGROUND

It has taken ten years for our families to finally start a small olive oil business in Canada – we have been thinking about it for many years and our dream has now been fulfilled.

Our families, Vamvakas and Tassoulis, have begun shipping Extra Virgin Olive Oil to Ontario from Central Peloponnese Greece where we have been producing extremely good EVOO since 1850.

Our belief in this product has led us to create the ENVY EVOO Ltd. Company. Now we can share this liquid gold with our friends, customers and food lovers with an appreciation for an exceptional EVOO.

Merkouri Argolida is an ancient place, near the foothills of Mount Peninsula.

This is the Virgin Land, where the Kougias Family has produced Olive Oil of exceptional quality Since 1850.

Nutrient rich soil, climate and landscape, ensure the Manaki and Megaritiki varieties we cultivate are amongst the finest in the world.

Certified Bio-Hellas Organic, our groves have evolved naturally for generations, untouched by synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

The result is a full-bodied Olive Oil, with a distinctive rich flavour and aroma. Fresh and fruity olive taste is dominant, followed by a peppery satisfying finish.

Today, after six generations, Georgia Tasoulis takes pride in continuing our great Kougias Family tradition.
