Dimitri Salad

Named after my Grandfather, a true Greek. Born in the Peloponnesus region of Greece, from a small village high in the mountains, he farmed all kinds of fresh vegetables, grew grapes and even made his own wine. He worked hard and always found comfort enjoying a beautiful meal with his family and friends. The simplicity of this salad is a reminder of our roots.

Preparation time: 10 minutes, Serves 4
  • 1 Large head of romain lettuce sliced very thin. (shaved)
  • 1 green onion sliced very thin
  • 1 small bunch of fresh dill finely chopped
  • 8 to 10 Marinated Olives
  • 1 cup of Dodoni feta cheese (cubed or crumbled)
  • ¼ cup ENVY EVOO
  • 1 wedge of lemon
Toss lettuce, onion, dill & olives in a bowl. Add ENVY and top with feta.
