Grilled fresh tiger shrimp pairs well with olive oil, mustard and lemon. This simple dish is ideal for

- 1/2 Cup ENVY EVOO
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon
- 1/2 tsp of oregano
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp fresh crack black pepper
- 12 Jumbo Tiger Shrimp, Shell on.(Butterfly shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.)
In a mixing bowl combine ENVY oil, fresh lemon, oregano, & Dijon mustard. Whisk until the sauce is thick.
This sauce can be used on many different grilled items, such as fish, lamb, ribs, & chicken. Revise the sauce by leaving the mustard out for the true Greek flavour.
Heat BBQ on high heat. Lightly brush shrimp with ENVY oil and place on BBQ. Lay the shrimp flat and grill for 3 minutes on each side.
Place shrimp in a bowl & add the ENVY, lemon mustard sauce.
