Spicy Feta Dip
This hot and Salty dip combines the sweet flavours of roasted peppers ENVY olive oil and creamy feta. This dip is always a crowd pleaser.
Preparation time: 25 minutes, Makes 2 cups
- 3 large Sweet Peppers
- 1 med hot pepper
- 1 cup of crushed feta cheese
- 1/2 cups of cottage Cheese
- ½ cup of olive oil
- 3 tbsp of hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp salt
Drizzle the peppers in ENVY EVOO. Lightly salt and Grill on the BBQ. Let them cool.
In a food processor blend sweet peppers, feta, cottage cheese, ENVY oil and hot sauce.
Transfer to an airtight container, let it cool and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will help the dip to thicken.
Best served with grilled baguette drizzled in ENVY EVOO.
